Many of us have made the common assumption that more training equals better body composition and strength results, only to find ourselves time-poor and tired. YouTuber Wanhee Kim spent years training the traditional way, spinning his wheels. In a YouTube video, he said he’d ‘slave away in the gym, pushing really hard’ – yet he was disappointed with the results.
He then realised his effort wasn’t matching his progress. ‘Now imagine doing half of the work, just being really lazy, and still getting double, triple, quadruple the results.’ Kim frames his approach as ‘the laziest way to build an aesthetic body’, but what he’s really describing is a simple, consistent strength routine. This is exactly what he did.
