A cosmetic tattoo artist is creating fuller smiles for clients. Anna Bokhan, 29, has gained social media attention on Instagram, sharing videos and photos of her cosmetic tattoo work for individuals seeking more defined lip shapes. This is in an effort to “create transformations that don’t just enhance beauty — they restore confidence,” she exclusively tells PEOPLE. The Charlotte, N.C., tattoo artist has been working for seven years, specializing in lip blush, powder brows and soft, smoky lash liners, as well as restorations.
