In today’s episode of toxic workplaces, a Delhi woman in her LinkedIn post expressed why most corporates don’t give a damn even if you burn midnight oil for them from the trenches. The LinkedIner stated her ordeal at one of the Big Four—Ernst & Young (EY). My last day at EY was one of the saddest days. And not because I was leaving the organization.
