For three consecutive days filled with high-impact content and unwavering commitment, the Anti-Corruption Plan Development Workshop (PARK) was successfully held — a bold and strategic leap forward in cultivating a corruption-resilient organization. Spearheaded in close collaboration with the Kedah State Integrity and Governance Department, this workshop reflects an assertive step toward building a robust corporate governance ecosystem rooted in integrity, transparency, and accountability.
This comprehensive initiative was meticulously designed to align with the core objectives of the National Anti-Corruption Plan (NACP), offering an empowering platform for all employees of the PKB Group to gain in-depth insights into the formulation, execution, and monitoring of an effective Organizational Anti-Corruption Plan (OACP).
With expert facilitation from integrity professionals, participants were immersed in critical frameworks such as corruption risk management, strategic action planning, and dynamic mechanisms for monitoring and reporting. The knowledge imparted serves not only as a defensive mechanism but also as a progressive force—steering the organization toward excellence in governance and ethical leadership.
The PARK Workshop stands as more than just a training event—it is a catalyst for transformation, anchoring a culture of ethical conduct and reinforcing the organization’s steadfast stance against abuse of power, corruption, and leakages. It symbolizes a clear and loud declaration: Integrity is not an option—it is the foundation.
This landmark engagement marks a pivotal chapter in the journey of PKB Group toward becoming a more transparent, accountable, and trusted institution, both in the eyes of the people and our stakeholders. With integrity as our compass, we are shaping a future where good governance is the standard, not the exception.
