A teaser has been posted by Lexus Malaysia to social media, and it appears that the next model that may arrive soon in this market is the third-generation Lexus GX. Having made its debut in June 2023, the third-generation GX is positioned between the LX and the RX, and the GX is based on the manufacturer’s GA-F body-on-frame platform shared with the larger LX. At its global debut, the GX was offered from the outset with a choice of two engines – a 3.5 litre twin-turbo V6 petrol engine, and a 2.4 litre turbocharged inline-four cylinder petrol hybrid powertrain.
