Permodalan Kedah Berhad (PKB) has officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Beatific Planning, marking a significant milestone in strengthening strategic cooperation aimed at accelerating PKB’s growth agenda and expanding value creation for its stakeholders.
The ceremony was officiated by PKB’s Chief Executive Officer, Encik Mohd Azad bin Jasmi, and witnessed by Business Development Manager, Puan Muzzaini binti Abd. Rahman, Assistant Operations Manager, Encik Mohd Hamiz bin Redzuan, Project Executive, Cik Nor Shada binti Md Dahlal, along with key representatives from Beatific Planning: Encik Che Ahmad Rahiman Che Rozaid, Encik Hadaif Azwan Hasnizam, and Encik Akmal Faiz bin Nor Zaini.
This MoU paves the way for both organisations to explore collaborative opportunities in mutually complementary areas, including the alignment of expertise, enhancement of operational efficiency, and implementation of high-impact programmes that benefit the community and contribute to the state’s economic development.
