Signing Ceremony Of Memorandum Of Understanding (MoU) Between PKB and CIC Environmental Services

Permodalan Kedah Berhad (PKB) and CIC Environmental Services Sdn Bhd have formalised a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at strengthening collaboration between the two organisations. The MoU was signed by PKB Chief Executive Officer Mr. Mohd Azad bin Jasmi and Mr. Rezarul bin Redzuan on behalf of CIC Environmental Services during an official ceremony held at PKB’s boardroom.

This MoU marks the beginning of a strategic partnership between PKB and CIC Environmental Services Sdn Bhd to advance expertise and cutting-edge technologies in waste management and environmental compliance — particularly in fostering a cleaner, healthier and more sustainable healthcare sector. It is envisioned that this collaboration will continue to flourish and deliver positive, far-reaching impacts on the region’s healthcare ecosystem through the combined strengths and capabilities of both parties.
