In a concerted effort to combat transnational crime, the Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) of the Royal Thai Police launched a major operation targeting individuals involved in the creation and online distribution of explicit content. Dubbed “Cut the Rabbit: Crackdown on Sex Creators,” the operation resulted in the arrest of seven suspects, including several foreign nationals.

The investigation, spearheaded by the CIB’s Human Trafficking Division, revealed an extensive network operating out of Thailand, producing and disseminating pornography globally. Police authorities, acting on court warrants, conducted raids at multiple locations, apprehending the following individuals:

  • Benjamin (British): Arrested at Suvarnabhumi Airport. He is accused of producing and advertising content featuring Thai women engaging in sexual acts at tourist sites, primarily through platforms like X (formerly Twitter) and his personal website.
  • Volker (German): Apprehended at his residence in Chonburi. He allegedly created and shared content involving foreign nationals and transgender individuals who had not undergone gender confirmation surgery, primarily on X and OnlyFans.
  • Svezdan (Serbian): Arrested at a condominium in Chonburi. He produced explicit content featuring foreign tourists and Thai women or transgender individuals, often collaborating with other prominent Thai sex creators. His content was disseminated across various platforms, including X, Instagram, TikTok, and OnlyFans.
  • Andrei (Russian): Arrested at a condominium on Rama 4 Road. He is accused of creating and promoting group sex content involving both foreign and Thai individuals, amassing a significant following on social media.
  • Thanasilp (Thai): Arrested for creating and promoting explicit content featuring male participants, charging viewers for access to exclusive online groups.
  • Saengthian (Thai): Arrested for similar offenses, involving the creation and online promotion of explicit content featuring male participants.
  • Rattana (Thai): Arrested in Chonburi. She is accused of producing and promoting explicit content on platforms like X and OnlyFans.
Six of the seven arrested individuals confessed to the charges. However, Benjamin denied distributing the videos, claiming he only filmed them and sent them to a friend abroad for uploading.

This operation highlights the Thai authorities’ commitment to combating online exploitation and the growing global concern over the proliferation of online pornography.

This operation underscores the transnational nature of online exploitation, with arrests involving individuals from various countries. The investigation primarily focused on online platforms such as X, OnlyFans, Instagram, and TikTok, highlighting their crucial role in the distribution of explicit content.

The suspects were involved in diverse forms of online exploitation, including the production and distribution of content featuring women, transgender individuals, and group sex, demonstrating the wide range of offenses associated with this criminal activity.
