Speaking at the launch ceremony today, TH Properties board member, Hj. It also signifies that demand for residential and commercial properties are still resilient despite various setbacks such as the Covid-19 pandemic, softer global economy and the spike in raw material prices.

“We are optimistic that both Felora and Bizcentre will be well-received by buyers and investors alike, due to its location, competitive prices and modern design,” he added.

According to Zarulakmar, the one-day Karnival is a celebration of community and engagement. As the Group showcases its latest offerings, it also fosters inclusive living experience with its customers.

Karnival Hartanah Warisan Puteri 2 offers a host of fun, family activities such as special appearance by Upin and Ipin mascots, petting zoo and drawing contest. As a special incentive, the first 20 purchasers during the Karnival will receive exclusive IKEA vouchers worth RM3,500.
