A landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between Permodalan Kedah Berhad (PKB) and KISMET Golden Estate Sdn. Bhd., an established property developer renowned for its expertise in the housing sector. This collaboration aims to explore strategic opportunities in advancing residential development across Kedah.
The ceremony was officiated by PKB’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Mohd Azad bin Jasmi, and witnessed by Ms. Muzzaini binti Abd. Rahman, PKB’s Business Development Manager, Ms. Nor Shada binti Md. Dahlal, together with key representatives from KISMET – Mr. Mohamad Najib bin Mohd Ali, Mr. Muhamad Rani bin Nordin, and Mr. Haidar Zolkarnain bin Mohd Daud.
