As per Canalys’ research cited by Patently Apple, Apple devices have been topping the sales charts, leaving Samsung Galaxy Ultra S23 behind by quite a margin.
Apple’s iPhone 14 series has had a less-than-ideal time, but this recent news comes as a relief. It appears that other companies are facing similar issues with their phone sales.

An examination of the report revealed that iPhones occupy seven of the top 15 best-selling mobile phones for Q1 2023. Most notably, four of these spots belong to iPhones, with the popular model from last year – iPhone 13 – working its way to the top and beating more recent Android counterparts.

The iPhone 14 is an undisputed top seller compared to all other products in the market. Its supremacy is unquestioned and its popularity is growing at a rapid pace.
The most shocking news is that the highest-priced iPhone, the iPhone 14 Pro Max ($1100) reigns supreme over other iPhones and Samsung’s offerings when it comes to the best-selling smartphones priced above $500.
An intriguing fact is that Samsung is leading in terms of ‘worldwide shipments.’

Samsung is the leading name when it comes to mobile phone manufacturers. Patently Apple reported that they achieve this feat by offering phones at practically all budget levels while generating very low profits.
iPhone 14 has definitely been a hit, further cementing Apple’s position in the smartphone market. Now, all eyes are on the upcoming iPhone 15 to see if it can keep up the success of its predecessors.
The next iPhone already has a few features that have been revealed, like its curved chassis, chances of 3nm-manufactured chips, and the periscope camera. Until it’s released though, nobody can guarantee whether it will become a success immediately or not.
