Nematix Acquires AAR & Company, Solidifying Its Leadership In The Malaysian Consulting Industry

Nematix, a Malaysia-based management consulting firm specialising in innovation engineering, technology and finance, today announced the strategic acquisition of AAR & Company, an emerging marketing strategy and lead generation advisory firm. This undisclosed amount acquisition significantly bolsters Nematix’s position as a dominant player in the Malaysian management consulting landscape.

AAR & Company, based in Subang Jaya, brings a proven track record of driving business growth through innovative marketing strategies and effective lead generation. By integrating AAR & Company’s specialised expertise with Nematix’s extensive customer base, deep expertise framework and industry-leading know-how, the combined entity offers customers an unparalleled, holistic approach to business consulting.

Effective 3 January 2025, AAR & Company will be rebranded as Nematix. All integration work into Nematix’s framework will be completed by the end of March 2025, ensuring a seamless transition for all customers.
