Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) Signing Ceremony between Permodalan Kedah Berhad and Pahlawan Dinamik Sdn. Bhd.

A momentous milestone was marked as Permodalan Kedah Berhad (PKB) and Pahlawan Dinamik Sdn. Bhd. formalised a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), signifying the commencement of a dynamic strategic partnership aimed at elevating safety and risk management standards — with a particular focus on fire prevention and mitigation across PKB’s developments.

The ceremony was graced by PKB’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Mohd Azad Bin Jasmi, and witnessed by Business Development Manager, Puan Muzzaini binti Abd. Rahman.

With a proven track record in advanced defense and security technologies, Pahlawan Dinamik Sdn. Bhd., a proud Bumiputera-owned company, brings to the table an arsenal of cutting-edge solutions — encompassing intelligent fire monitoring systems, state-of-the-art early detection technology, integrated emergency response frameworks, and comprehensive fire safety training modules.

This collaboration is poised to significantly enhance PKB’s operational resilience, ensuring that critical assets, industrial zones, and strategic development projects under its purview are safeguarded with the highest standards of safety and technological innovation.

Beyond infrastructure protection, this MoU symbolizes a shared vision towards building a safer, smarter, and more sustainable Kedah — leveraging innovation, strategic foresight, and cross-sector synergy.

Here’s to a transformative partnership with long-term impact — where innovation meets security, and collaboration drives excellence.
