In the video, applicants were asked to take a mask before entering. They were prompted to draw whatever they want on the mask and to wear them before moving forward. Worthy to note, the interviewer is also seen wearing a mask.
The company aimed to reduce social anxiety coupled with the stress of a job interview. They also claimed to value professional abilities over the looks of an individual. Many netizens applauded the company for “helping eliminate employment discrimination.”
