Kedah Future Leaders 2024

A momentous occasion unfolded at the Institut Pengurusan dan Integriti Negeri Kedah (INSPIN), as the Kedah Future Leaders 2024 high-performance graduate program celebrated its prestigious certificate presentation ceremony at the KCS Hall. This landmark event honored a distinguished cohort of twenty-five (25) graduates, who have successfully completed an intensive program designed to shape them into the visionary and influential leaders of tomorrow.

The Kedah Future Leaders Program, a pioneering initiative by the Kedah State Government in collaboration with INSPIN and the Management Institute, is dedicated to equipping talented graduates with exceptional skills and leadership experiences, preparing them to navigate and excel in both economic and political landscapes. The program’s mission is to cultivate graduates into future leaders with unwavering determination and a heart for greatness.

In his speech, YB Dr. Haim Hilman Abdullah emphasized the program’s alignment with the royal decree of the Sultan of Kedah, which underscores the importance of self-preparation in facing challenges. He noted that the program is not merely about acquiring skills but also instilling a deep-rooted desire to be extraordinary. He reminded the graduates that history is a testament to the success of Kedah-born national leaders, urging the participants to draw inspiration from this proud legacy.

Among those present at the ceremony were the Mr. Badrudi bin Haji Hamid, Administration and Finance Manager, alongside Mr. Mohammad Inas bin Ibrahim, Administrative Executive, both of whom contributed their insights and support to this transformative initiative.

This prestigious program stands as a significant stepping stone for the graduates, offering them not only a platform for personal growth but also the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the future development of Kedah and national leadership. It is hoped that these future leaders will rise to prominence, playing an integral role in the advancement of Kedah and the nation at large.
