People to whom you do not need to present a false front. Then realize that speaking up about how you’re feeling is actually a strength and the best thing you can do to improve your situation.
Sleep. There will be weeks when you won’t sleep for days because you will be so busy. That might be a piece of the gig, yet it isn’t solid. Sleep is extremely significant.
