If you grew up in certain places of the world, the idea of getting naked around strangers probably sounds… uncomfortable at best. For many people, nudity is something private — reserved for bathrooms, bedrooms, or the occasional changing room panic. Then you go to Europe. Suddenly, there are saunas where everyone’s naked, beaches where swimsuits are optional, and parks where topless sunbathing barely turns heads. What feels shocking to some visitors is, for locals, just another day in the sun.
