Football Legend Bobby Chua Passes Away

Former Sabah state and national footballer Bobby Chua passed away at 55 on Sunday. Chua, who played for Sabah in the 1970s, was also a member of the Malaysian national team. He was known for his skilful play as a midfielder and his contributions to the sport in Malaysia. After retiring from playing, Chua became a coach and was involved in youth development programs. He was also a respected member of the Sabah Football Association.

Chua’s passing has been met with an outpouring of condolences from the football community in Malaysia. His legacy in the sport will not be forgotten, and his contributions will continue to be celebrated by those who know him.
