Adams has a PhD in Franchising and has assisted dozens of entrepreneurs and businesses to get franchising right. He has over 15 years of experience teaching and doing research in entrepreneurship, innovation, marketing and corporate strategy across universities in Nigeria and currently in Malaysia. He is an expert in technology startup development, strategies for business growth and business model innovation. Adams is currently the Manager of the Executive Education Unit of the Malaysia Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship (MGSEB), University of Malaysia Kelantan (UMK). Previously, he was the Director of the Global Entrepreneurship Research and Innovation Centre (GERIC), UMK. In 2021, Adams was appointed as the youngest member of the 12-person expert panel that developed a new curriculum for Entrepreneurship Education in Nigeria. Adams was recently certified by Microsoft as an Educator and Trainer. The certification is a confirmation of his mastery of the 21st Century Learning Design otherwise called Technology Literacy for Educators.
