About the Sri Lotus Developers IPO
Sri Lotus Developers plans to raise ₹792 crore (USD $93M) through a fresh equity issue. The company focuses on both residential and commercial property development in Mumbai and its suburbs. Unlike some IPOs, this offering does not include an Offer for Sale (OFS) component, ensuring the entire raised capital will go toward the company’s growth.

As the IPO sector continues to flourish, Sri Lotus Developers is proving to be a star-studded affair, blending Bollywood glamour with real estate investment.
