A 15-year-old kid took a wrong turn in his game of hide-and-seek and found himself accidentally locked inside an intermodal container in Bangladesh. However, he was discovered after a week when the container was opened in another country.
Bernama, a Malaysian news agency, reported that Fahim—identified only by his first name, was discovered in West Port, Malaysia six days later. He was playing with his friends in the port city of Chittagong, hid inside one of the containers and fell asleep. He was found almost a week later on January 17.
The 2,300 miles journey left him starved and dehydrated. According to the officials, Fahim later was taken to the hospital for further examinations.
